ServiceNow Engagement Manager

JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)

ConfigureTek is looking for an Engagement Manager with experience and expertise in managing ServiceNow projects across US and Canada. We are looking for strong communicators who excel at verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing financial, resourcing, business and technical aspects IT software consulting experience. This is an internal management / leadership role that is responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships and assuring excellent engagement delivery. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building successful and productive client relationships throughout all aspects of the contract-though-delivery lifecycle. In addition, these roles should identify opportunities for additional and future client offerings during current engagements to ensure healthy organic sales growth and client success.


  • Successful, productive client experience ownership from contract through delivery 
  • Leading internal communications relating to client standing, experience, current delivery engagements and proposed sales opportunities 
  • Quickly identifying any client discord and proactively solving any risks before they turn into issues or problems 
  • Ensuring that all client needs are fully met and that the client is introduced to all internal parties who may be required to serve such needs 
  • Leading and managing the assigned delivery teams to ensure quality, proficient and successful delivery with a high degree of client satisfaction 
  • Coordinating with internal delivery and staffing leaders to seek right-fit resources for assigned project engagements 
  • Ensuring that client billing, invoicing, and payment processes are flawless; that any concerns relating to payment are immediately escalated to executive leadership 
  • Providing detailed client and delivery reports to all parties, based on need Identifying opportunities for additional and future client offerings during current engagements to
    ensure healthy organic sales growth and client success 
  • Providing Team Leadership skills – able to drive and motivate any team to succeed 
  • Creating templated delivery materials and methods, as needed 
  • On an as needed basis, providing mentorship and/or training to clients or staff members


  • 10 years of Project, Engagement, and/or Account Management experience •
  • 3-5 years of Consulting Experience 
  • 1-5 years of ServiceNow Platform (or other software) experience 
  • 1-3 years of Organizational Change Management / Enablement 
  • Some background with Organizational Transformation and/or Advisory Consulting 
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • PMP or other Project Management Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
