Delivery Director

JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)

ConfigureTek is looking for a Delivery Director to manage it’s delivery operations across US and Canada. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in large scale Enterprise Deployment; specifically with ServiceNow or equivalent technologies.  We are looking for strong communicators who excel at verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing financial, resourcing, business and technical aspects IT software consulting experience.  


  • Accountable for successful implementation and customer satisfaction for all projects assigned 
  • Accountable for profitability of projects
  • Accountable for team’s performance, growth plans and mentorship 
  • Must be able to customer workshops, requirements gathering and validation sessions across ServiceNow modules including ServiceNow CSDM, SecOps, IRM, ITBM, ITOM, SAM, Asset, Service Catalog and more
  • Work with team to prepare case studies and success stories upon completion of project work 
  • Responsible for working in a billable capacity where necessary in the roles of Architect, Technical Account Management, Engagement Management and Project Management
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a high standard of best practices and delivery methodologies
  • Responsible for coming up with new and creative solutions that help our customers and helps the business grow
  • Accountable for pre-sales activities on accounts which have been assigned
  • Accountable for scoping, sizing, preparing statement of work and other related activities
  • Responsible for working with the team to put together demos and presentations to support the sales team
  • Responsible for webinars, demos, social media posts and other campaigns showcasing successful projects and solutions 
  • Accountable for all sales activities in accounts where you have been assigned as the primary Account Manager / Sales Rep 
  • Responsible for activities that lead to net new sales of licenses, services, staff augmentation and support offerings
  • Responsible for preparing webinars based on new and innovative service and support solutions that drive sales activities


  • 10+ Years of Experience in a senior role leading large scale enterprise projects within the ServiceNow or equivalent ecosystems
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
